How does the recruitment process work?

  • Preparation of documents

At this stage, the candidate prepares the documents necessary to apply for a job. CV is a key document. We expect an application that is tailored to the profile of the position you are applying for. We will appreciate it if you show commitment. Tell us about your scope of duties in previous jobs. Do not include redundant details, such as date of birth or marital or family status.

  • Selection of applications

Recruiters review submitted documents against expectations for the position. Where appropriate, they make contact you by phone to pre-verify experience, skills, or motivation and financial expectations.

  • Recruitment meeting(s)

We only meet with selected candidates. There is usually one joint meeting with representatives of the HR department and your immediate senior supervisor(s). Before the meeting, answer why you are interested in the position. Recall work situations that you can tell about to prove your competences and experience. Ask about the company and the position you are applying for. Our task is to choose the employee while you have to decide whether you want to work with us.

  • Tasks (optional)

Where appropriate, candidates are invited to complete tests, participate in an Assessment Centre, or perform work samples.

  • Offer/Feedback

Candidates receive information on the completion of the recruitment process and the successful candidates are given an offer.

  • Employment and induction

At this stage, we complete all the formalities. Once you start to work, we carry out the induction process. We know how important the first days in the organisation are for new employees, which is why we focus on making each person joining our team feel part of our company right away.
