Distribution system operator (DSO)

Pursuant to decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office No DPE-4711-98(16)/2010/2012/1276/BT of 11 October 2012, Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. was nominated as the electricity distribution system operator for the period from 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2019 in the area specified in the electricity distribution licence, i.e. in the city of Wrocław.

Electricity distribution licence

Zespół Elektrociepłowni Wrocławskich KOGENERACJA S.A. is the holder of the electricity distribution licence granted by a decision of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office of 28 December 2009, No DEE/237/30/W/OWR/2009/MB, as amended. The licence currently applies to Zawidawie heat and power plant.
